Regional Sales Managers

Regional Sales Managers – South Africa . We are looking for qualified and experienced regional sales managers for South Africa. • Minimum 5 years' experience as a regional sales manager in Sales and Business Development env with emphasis on people management and business growth • Strong flair for numbers and an ability to augment business rationale with supporting calculations • Excellent people management skills, including a track record of successfully leading large sales teams • Solid Business Development understanding with specific focus to sales optimization as well as performance drive sales reps / agents Resp: • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements To Apply: • Submit resume detailing your exp • Submit a cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit • Sal expectations Please Note: Should you not have the relevant experience or minimum requirements as stated in the advert, don’t apply Closing date: 29 November 2019 Send your CV recruit@zipintern.net
