A fast-growing property development company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be required to track all leads and maintain quality customer service. Key Skill Requirement • Excellent customer expectation management skill. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) • Excellent reporting and analytic skills • Strong admin, communication and time management skills. • Customer centric • Familiar with CRM system Education and Experience Requirement • Matric (minimum) • Multi-lingual • Min 2-year experience in customer service environment • Experienced in at least one CRM system.
