Helpdesk Officer

Our client is on the lookout for experienced Help Desk Administration Assistants

Duties will include:

• Assisting clients queries in a timely and professional manner
• Updating clients systems to advise work order completion
• Administration of re-active calls
• Escalating calls from client and distributing to senior staff
• Ensuring that the reported issues are resolved as soon as possible, updating clients and client systems
The ideal candidate for the Help Desk and Administration Assistant role will hold the following skills and experiences:
You will have previously worked within a helpdesk customer service administration role
Confident communication techniques
Good computer skills in Word and Excel ( will be given full training on the company system )
Ability to work quickly and effectively on your own initiative as well as in a cohesive team
Bilingual speaking and writing skills ( English, Afrikaans or other African language)
Salary  Per Month
R 15500 with benefits, incentives
