CALL CENTRE REPRESENTATIVES

Our fast growing call centre is extending its operations in all the department including customer service, help desk and outbound and are in need of very dedicated and self motivated staff to grow with the company. All candidates will be inducted into a one week training with or without experience are welcome to apply. Skills and Requirements: Grade 11 or 12 and or Equivalent; Good People Skills; Good Customer Focus. Responsibilities: Answer courteously inbound calls. Respond to customer inquiries. Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company. Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers. Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
