Corporate Receptionist / Client Services

An exciting opportunity available for passionate customer service orientated individuals. This position is ideal for a person with hospitality, customer service or retail background. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service to clients and delivering an extraordinary first impression. Duties & Responsibilities: • Reception and switchboard cover during business hours. • Act as a key point of contact for customers and visitors providing a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression • Serve as a primary resource in assisting clients within the centre . • Demonstrate a true passion for customer service, always going above and beyond • Maintain accurate records for billing purposes • Manage Petty Cash. • Prepare month-end billing. • Assist with move-ins and move-outs • Assist with building operations and maintenance . • Ensuring the building is clean and well kept • Ordering consumables Skills & Experience: Strong Customer Service skills, Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Excellent organisational skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to operate basic office equipment including busy switchboard.
