Corporate Restructuring Analyst

Introduction Join a fast-paced, growing structured trade and commodity company based in Sandton. As their Corporate Restructuring Analyst, you will have the chance to be a part of the Risk Management team taking ownership of tasks like independent analyses and structuring, implementation and ongoing monitoring of turnaround and/or restructuring strategies for distressed borrowers. Duties & Responsibilities These are the tasks you will get to do in the role: Business turnarounds and/or restructuring, corporate finance, private equity investments and divestments and/or the optimization of business processes and operations. Financial modelling and data management. Identify key revenue, cost, financial and operational performance drivers. Lead various projects simultaneously. Cash flow forecasting and analysis. Detailed analysis in IS/BS/CF, liquidation and/or insolvency scenarios. Desired Experience & Qualification. Seeking a Chartered Accountant / CA(SA) / Attorney / Lawyer/ CFA 2 or more year's relevant experience with exposure to doing turnaround, restructuring, debt restructuring and insolvency work SARIPA or TMA membership would be an advantage. Package & Remuneration Estimated at R500,000 to R800,000 depending on experience.
