Group Taxation Manager

Requirements: Chartered Accountant Qualification at NQF level 8 Masters degree in Taxation at NQF level 9 is preferable. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a financial leadership position, with at least 5 years relevant experience at Group Financial reporting level Audit committee and Board Committee reporting experience. Basic understanding of hospital operations Accounting knowledge (IFRS and equivalent standards) Exceptional ability to interpret and apply tax law Key Responsibilities: Tax Administration and Accounting Management Reporting. Undertake the necessary actions to achieve the desired Tax outcomes and provide monthly feedback to the General Manager: Commercial Finance on progress. Compliance Management Lead the implementation of Quality Assurance systems to maintain high work standards and integrity of data reporting. Stakeholder Relationship Management Provide a general tax advisory service to the hospital. Overall management of the tax department and performance thereof.
