Duties & Responsibilities Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in SAP and Salesforce. Minimum of 5+ years administrative role or technical support experience in a medical device company. Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Windows based environment and ability to quickly learn new systems. International trade rules and logistic knowledge (incoterm, custom) Sound management of priorities. Thorough and methodical. Follows procedures and understands impact of lack thereof. Comfortable with the use of ERP systems Desired Experience & Qualification Knowledge and skills: Fluent in English and African languages Understands and complies with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Demonstrates ability to self-motivate and innovate Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately while not overstepping chain of command. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers Logistic skills.
