Telesales Agent - IT Sector

Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for making timely phone contact with new, inbound leads and existing leads as assigned. Responsible for gathering additional lead intel during phone conversations and updating Salesforce.com database with newly acquired information as part of account profiling. Responsible for BANT (budget, authority to buy, need, timeline) qualifying business leads and successfully passing sales-ready leads to the medium business and enterprise sales teams. Maintaining records of lead history and activity in Salesforce.com. Special projects as assigned. Participate in internal training and proactively use available materials to develop relevant company and product knowledge and skills. Persons in the Opportunity Discovery Representative role are expected to make significant achievement in accordance to the stated objectives, listed below. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Sales or marketing experience preferred but not necessary. Experienced Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be energetic, have a good attitude and solid work ethic. Must be able to work effectively and productively with or without direct supervision. Can resourcefully locate information, research about prospective customer companies and individuals online.
