CRM Specialist

CRM SPECIALIST. Reporting  Creates Reports using SQL Reporting Services.  Designs reports under the supervision of the IT Manager.  Runs SQL reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as specified.  Querying the database and generating reports to help management make business decisions. Projects  Participates in projects as required by the Company from time to time.  Assists in all phases of project including scoping, design, implementation and maintenance. REPORTING LINE This position reports into the Chief Operations Officer. This position works collaboratively with team members in department and staff. EXPERIENCE A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in:  Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  Using API’s and SDK’s for software integrations. ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE  Coding skills in C#, Javascript and SQL  SQL Database Management  IIS and .NET Framework.
