Sales Support Administrator - Healthcare Industry

Primary Purpose of the Job

Support Sales teams to manage data, pricing and contracts.

Education/Training/Experience/Qualifications/Skill - Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 minimum
  • Tertiary qualification/ diploma an advantage

Training Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Experience with Pivot Tables an adantage

Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years data capture / data analyst
  • 3 - 5 years sales support role minimum

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Optical Company Knowledge an advantage
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Excellent Phone Skills
  • Must be organized and can multitask
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player with a go-getter attitude
  • Must be adaptable
  • Think outside the box and troubleshoot ongoing problems
  • Well-spoken and able to communicate effectively
