Junior Project Administrator

We are currently looking for 2 Project Administrators to join our team in Sandton.

Brief Job Description: 

  • Arrange and setup of project meetings.
  • Develop and maintain attendance registers, agendas and minutes of meetings.
  • Develop, distribution and maintain Progress Report.
  • Develop, distribution and maintain Dashboards.
  • Assist with the development of Presentations.
  • Maintaining Project Registers. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric 
  • Preferably Certificate / Diploma in Project Management and/or CAPM Certification
  • Highly organised 
  • Excellent with Stakeholder Management
  • Project Cost- and Procurement Administration Experience
