Claims Administrator

We are on the lookout for a Claims Administrator
Key activities will include, but not be limited to:
Assist with start to end of claims function including all associated claims administration.
Provide excellent service and maintain relationships.
Attend to processing of payment requests to finance department and associated administration.
Registering claims
Filing , scanning and archiving of claims files.
Liaise in a professional manner with brokers and other insurers in respect of claims aspects.

Follow up on claims at regular intervals and provide constructive feedback to brokers and management

Respond to queries within hours

Actively build, improve and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, i.e. internally and externally

Salary Structure:
