Our client is looking to appoint an Office Typist

As the Typist, you will be responsible for;

* Accurate transcription at speed (audio/copy typing) of dictated notes, proposals and letters
* Accurately type notes of client meetings
* Helping the team with other administrative tasks where necessary
* Covering the reception area during breaks and answering the phones
* Typing accurately and quickly
* General office duties and assistance to colleagues.

Qualifications/Experience:
Matric Certification
MS Office proficient
3 to 5 years plus proven relevant experience
Quick, fault free audio and copy typing skills
A great attention to detail
Able to work in an accurate and methodical manner
Has good command of English, both written and spoken.
Able to prioritise workload
Good interpersonal skills
