A vacancy has arisen for 2 Inbound Customer Service Operators
Daily Duties;
• Handle incoming service enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
• Establish and qualify customer needs
• Handling customer objections
• Understand the brand and associated products
• Maintain and adhere to service levels
• Be a team player with a “can do”attitude
• Maintain and adhere to call quality standards
• Effective enquiry management
Skills and Qualifications Required:
• Matric
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and retaining customers
• Strong communicator
• Confident working to targets
• Previous customer service related experience in either a telephone-based role or face to face client /customer services is desirable.
• Proven track record in a similar role (3 to 5 plus years)
