Our client is on the lookout for an Accounts/Finance Assistant
• Key Responsibilities;

Reporting to the Accounts/Financial Controller, you would be tasked with delivering comprehensive finance support, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a consistently high standard, providing a platform for the company to deliver on its objectives.

Administration of purchase ledger
Month End Sale reporting
Bank reconciliations
Finance administration
Undertaking account reconciliations
Essential Criteria:
Senior Certificate
Relevant Qualifications /Certificates
3 to 5 years plus experience working as part of a high volume accounts team with significant bank/cash reconciliation and ledger experience.
Excellent time management skills
A diligent and supportive team player
Ability to work on own initiative
Good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
You will be an exceptionally well organised individual, able to multitask and prioritise a workload effectively, with strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with people at all levels will be required, as will good PC and data entry skills.
