Our client is on the lookout for a Billing Administrator /Assistant
Key Responsibilities :

* First point of call for all billing and dataflow queries

* Providing an administration support to the contact centre

* Resolving billing issues

* Managing customer accounts, generation of bills

* General administration duties within the department

Essential Criteria:
Senior Certification

Strong accuracy

Competent using excel and working with data

Good attention to detail with 3 plus years billing/accounts experience
Organised with good task/time management skills
Good communication skills
