Answering calls and taking accurate, timely messages

Manage client entry and exit
Boardroom housekeeping and scheduling
Candidate Requirement /Qualification Profile :

Grade Certificate
Presentable/well groomed, friendly and always professional towards clients
Well spoken with a clear , articulate telephone etiquette
