We are currently on the lookout for a Regional Office Secretary

Your Duties will include:

Ensuring that information on the system is kept up to date, Scheduling diary meetings via the outlook system for consultants and clients, Re-directing client emails to relevant consultants, Courier coordination, Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files, On occasion providing support for the PA to the CEO, assist in scheduling/booking out boardrooms including lunches and refreshments


Minimum Requirements:
Senior Certificate
The successful individual must possess good communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team, Working knowledge of MS packages - particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, Excellent, accurate typing speeds, ability to manage a multi faceted workload , A professional/smart appearance, Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must,The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with large levels of detailed administration with a positive can-do and pro-active attitude and a strong, confident telephone manner.
Salary Per Month:
R including company benefits and bonus
