Client/Customer Services Officer

We are on the lookout for a Customer Services Officer
We are looking for a candidate with;
Senior Certificate
Three years and upwards relevant client/ customer service experience
Ability to work in a service focused, fast paced environment
Must be able to communicate and assist customers in a courteous and timely manner
Provide administrative support within the department
Ability to answer high volume of incoming customer calls
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Assist in other areas as needed
Ability to problem solve, actively listen and turn frustrated clients into repeat customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills ( bilingual skills would need highly a advantageous)
Cohesive team player with the confidence and integrity to earn customer and internal confidence quickly.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to optimize the use of all available resources and deliver on multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with willingness to take on additional projects and tasks as needed.
