H R Assistant

We are on the lookout for an HR Assistant
Key activities include, but are not limited to:
Support and assist with HR related inquiries or requests.
Maintain paper and electronic records of employees.
Assist in maintaining the calendars of the HR management team.
Ensure the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Assist with the coordination of training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
Complete termination paperwork a
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR best practice.
We are looking for a candidate with:
3 plus years of experience as an HR Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Strong, preferably bilingual written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines when required
Highly computer literate with capability in email as well as MS Office Suite proficient
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
