We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrator

Your Responsibilities will include:


Your duties will include both office admin management and basic accounts to trial balance. Further details will be given if selected for an interview, as an indication your duties will include, general day to day admin, such as filing, control procedures, reporting and maintaining work flow between the office and teams in the field, as well as the management of accounts using quickbooks, wages, quotes and invoicing.

Qualities/Skills:

Senior Certificate 
Relevant Bookkeeping qualification and a solid 2 years plus relevant experience
Bilingual would be an advantage
You will need to be a well organised, independent worker
Ms office, Quickbooks/ Pastel , precise attention to detail and persistence.
Previous office administration experience
