Insurance Processing Consultant – Sandton

 

To execute instructions received via processes within the framework of Process Area.

 

Qualification:

 

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance or Bookkeeping

 

Knowledge:

 

  • Excellent knowledge of business and operational insurance industry administrative processes
  • Extensive knowledge of the business administrative platforms

 

Outputs:

 

  • Self-administration and self-monitoring of workflow items according to agreed SLA per process
  • Must have collections experience
  • Must have claims experience
  • Processing forms, instructions, applications etc requested by customers for the processes that you participate in
  • Dealing with queries through to resolution
  • Adherence to all quality standards set per process for the processes that you participate in
  • Insure that process are competed with the required SLA
  • Identifying and reporting on service failures and errors
  • Provide clients with the organizations service product information when required
  • Provide input to the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures for the processes that you participate in
  • Ensuring that all correspondence are professional and in line with standards and protocols of the organisation
  • Adherence to the processing areas processes and Activity Work Instructions
