Payroll Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Matric Relevant qualification Proficient in Excel and Word job Responsibilities: Responsible for the full payroll function of a staff compliment of +- 500 -550 people. People systems used for payroll Load new staff on People. Load & process all leave applications People Calculate Leave Pay Outs upon terminations (CTC LPO) Liaise with Medical Aids, Pension/Provident Funds & DoL daily. Add/terminate dependants/spouses on/off Discovery, Fed health & Moto Health Care medical aids Process/ Withdraw/Update member details on Sanlam Fund/ MIBCO Fund/ Auto Workers Fund Reconcile all payroll information, namely: Moto Health Care, Fed Health, Discovery, Sanlam Fund, Mibco. Online Returns, Standard Bank Home Loans monthly after payroll is completed. Check Tax Validation reports before confirming pay run. Process all Billings and ensure all reports reach Financial Assist auditors with all information needed Draft confirmation of employment letters , DoL letters, Maternity Letters & Certificate of Services Letters. Liaise with/ assist HR with opening new employee files Stationary Orders- Monthly Arranging for Crown to pick up archive boxes- Monthly. Responsible for pay queries and feedback to all Dealer Principals and Financial Manager Salary: R18000pm. Apply: alam@ellahi.co.za
