Main job Functions: - Book customers vehicles on a daily basis - Communicate customers via e-mail, sms and telephonically. - Follow up with customers and sending reminders. - Capturing information on the pinnacle system - Knowledge/Experience of loading workshop hours. - Providing feedback to Workshop Foreman, Service Manager and Service Advisors • booking, confirming and coordinating the clients, using specific software to the work place • will process the invoices, the purchase orders or any other type of payment for the bookings • additionally, he or she working in this position, will monitor whoever enters the company's building • answering the customers. • entering the correct data of the clients into spreadsheets . • filing invoices accordingly • processing and filing the paper work . • EMAIL CV IN WORD FORMAT TO /
