Executive PA

Purpose of the Position: Administer professional assistance by ensuring the required tasks and duties of the Employer is met and completed in a timeous and accurate manner. Responsibilities and Duties: Not Limited Render full personal assistant duties to CEO and wife; Running Errands; Conducting Meetings on behalf of CEO's wife; Diary Management; Conducting interviews where requested; Minute taking and drafting letters and correspondences; Supervise projects and or events for the Employer; Liaise with Suppliers and Clients where applicable; Supervising and directing staff where required; Offer assistance to Employer¡¦s family when requested; Travel arrangements for Family where requested; Full Administrative duties; Client and Staff liaison when requested; Academic & Professional Qualifications: High school graduate. Any related completed Degree and or Personal Admin Assistant Qualification Work experience and Skills: Proven experience with contactable references 2 or more years related experience. Drivers License and own vehicle. 1. Mon-Fri 08h00 / 18h00 2. Additional hours when and if required. 3. Always be available on phone. debbie@dglhr.co.za
