Executive PA

This is a key role, working closely with a long term established Principal Partner. This person will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the non - technical side of the Practice to include regulatory requirements, marketing and IT, whilst supporting the Principal in the development of the practice. To provide support to the Principal in all aspects of business operations within the Practice. Knowledge and Experience: Previous experience in PA/office support role, ideally in financial services or legal/accountancy; Experience of setting up and maintaining systems, processes and procedures; Comfortable with/experienced in using electronic (client) data systems: Experience of managing workflow, systems and procedures; Experience of project management. Skills and behaviours: Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly; Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Highly organised with excellent communication skills; Strong influence skills; Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times; Attention to detail; Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task; Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively; If interested in the position, please email your CV to:
