Sales Administrator

We are looking for a customer service co-ordinator to offer support to our sales team in Sandton. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team, have an excellent attention to detail and be self-motivated. We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude to work within a busy and demanding environment. To be successful in the role of Sales Administrator you will: Provide excellent customer service. Be expected to work within certain time frames to provide sales quotes. Be expected to provide accurate pricing on products in a timely and professional manner. Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email. Assist the sales team with fulfillment requests using the company information. Provide sales quotes. Update & monitor the sales inbox and CRM to provide quotes to customers. Update the company CRM with all relevant sales leads. Obtain customers’ requirements and provide quotations by telephone and email. Cover and support the order management process when required. Help the sales team with all other adhoc requests. An interest in working within a busy sales team. To be successful in the role you will require: · Excellent Customer Service & Sales Administration skills. · Ability to build relationships with people over the telephone.
