Company looking for a bright proactive person for Front Office Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis. Duties will include but are not limited to: Answering a busy reception phone line. Handling calls and enquiries. Processing incoming and outgoing post on a daily basis. Providing reception area admin support. Skills and Requirements: Good customer service skills and ability to work under pressure. Background in a general office environment. Basic PC literacy skills in Microsoft Office. Positive can-do approach to tasks Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. Good communication skills both verbal and written Contactable references.
