Office Clerk

We are currently looking for a reliable Office Clerk to perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support the offices. Successful candidate will also be familiar with office equipment and procedures and able to run the business smoothly on a daily base. Duties Maintain records and files so that they remain easily accessible and updated Distribute and sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices. Answer calls to take messages and redirect calls to appropriate colleagues Take minutes of meetings and dictations Assist in organization procedures and office management Able to use office appliances like photocopier, printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation Perform office duties as assigned Skills Proven experience as office clerical. Without experience will be trained Knowledgeable of MS Office packages Excellent communication Very good in multi-tasking and organizational abilities Excellent Grade 11 and 12.
