We are looking for an Administrator to help support a team of Chartered Surveyors on the residential side of the business. The Administrators duties will include: File Management Diary Management. Arranging survey appointments. Liaising with clients via email and telephone Coordinating relevant parties involved in the surveying process Producing survey quotes Amending reports. Dropping photos into survey reports General ad hoc Admin duties to support the team The successful Administrator will have a stable career history. You will have strong MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel. You must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with people at all levels and be used to multi tasking in order to meet deadlines. Forward Application to:
