Office Assistant

Temporary – Permanent . Monday– Friday 9am – 5.00pm . The Role This is an excellent opportunity within high quality, long standing and exclusive company. You will have the following duties and responsibilities: Assist in the day to day office running / operations. Sales Order processing. Liaising with customers, answering any questions or queries. Answer any field sales enquires via phone, email or occasionally face to face. Generate quotes from sales enquires. Arrange deliveries and liaise with external couriers. The Candidate Ideally have QuickBooks experience. Must have experience of working in an administrative environment. Attention to detail. You must have excellent Microsoft Skills.
