Induction programme ( policies & Procedures and Employee Handbook) Skills Audit Internal Training External Training (Including GMP Training and Lab Training for analysts) Skills Development Legislation: SETA – H&W (Health & Welfare) Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) Mandatory and Discretionary Grants ( bursaries and skills programmes) Administration Overseeing Administration (Overtime, shift management, leave management) Employee files – Index labelled, alphabetical & clock number.
