You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the company such as creating reports, organising meetings for training, taking minutes, and other organisational tasks related to the Insurance Industry. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, FAIS act, knowledge of risk, investment, medical aid schemes and be extremely fast at solving problems and have related experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past. *Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents. *Handling basic bookkeeping tasks. *Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports. *Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives. *Helping prepare for meetings & taking minutes *Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. *Performing office duties *Managing the full FAIS function within the company. *Manage accreditation processes and registrations *Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. *FAIS accreditation: RE5 and CPD up to date. *Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment. *English and Afrikaans. *Full qualification will be beneficial. elsabe@bestbrokers.co.za
