Order Processing Administrator

We are looking for an Order processing administrator to work within an office along side a small efficient team. Duties will include: Co-oordinating the collection and delivery of products to and from the factory Order processing. Inputting stock onto the system. Inputting delivery notes. Chasing invoices. General admin tasks e.g filing and mail correspondence. Preferred Skills: Confident in the use of Excel and Word Good attention to detail. Strong customer service skills. The hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5pm with a 3.30 pm finish on a Friday, there is some room for flexibility with the start and finishing time.
