Personal Assistant (Emmarentia - Clearwaters) An executive is searching for a Personal Assistant who can assist and help improve productivity. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for running business errands, maintaining ongoing business files, liaising with suppliers and clients, collating and filing expenses and other miscellaneous tasks to support the executive. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Key skills/Qualifications - Matric - Own Car (preferable) - Fluent in English Computer Literate. - Trained in Microsoft Office . Personal Attributes - Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information. - Flexibility and adaptability. - Good oral and written communication skills - Organisational skills and the ability to multitask - The ability to be proactive and take the initiative - Tact and diplomacy. Experience -At least 2+ experience in a similar role.
