Data Capturing Admin

Position Summary Provides administrative support and assists with capturing of data onto systems. To ensure that all applications get validated, is complete and correct. Key measurable outputs of the position include: • Record Keeping • Data Capturing • Reporting • Validation • Information Management • Customer service. Qualifications and Experience Required: • Standard 10 (Grade 12) • Telecoms knowledge advantageous General (pre-requisite) • General administration and project coordination skills. • Proficient in the use of MS Office and Outlook and Excel. • Being part of a team • Good at working on a system • Data capture experience in a Telecoms environment advantageous • Computer Literacy • Good numeracy and communication skills • Excellent problem solving skills.
