Corporate Marketer

Duties & Responsibilities In order to be considered the following is required: Diploma / Advanced Certificate. Higher National Diploma in Marketing or similar Bachelor of commerce degree. Minimum three years’ experience in a sales environment preferably in the Finance industry Responsibilities: Adheres to the Organisation's shared values, service standards and Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) outcomes with regard to customer interaction Resolves customer dissatisfaction/complaints and takes ownership of the problem. Knows and understands customer needs in order to deliver a quality service. Adheres to Bank policies, procedures, systems and frameworks. Avoids E and Os and resolves existing E and Os within agreed timelines. Ensures facilities are renewed before expiry date based on a full client needs analysis Avoids the expiry of provisional agreements by obtaining credit extensions timeously Implements business processes according to benchmarks and the Shared Values improve and streamline processes, increase revenue, drive efficiencies and minimise redundancy and waste.
