Digital Account Manager

Our client a performance-driven full service digital marketing company, who has been in the industry for over 12 years, is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Consultant to assist in aquiring new Business as well as maintaining current business. The Account Manager is the main point of contact between the Company and the client. This is to facilitate communication and minimise misunderstandings. While communicating with the client, whether by telephone call, email or any other form of communication, the Account Manager represents the Company; when at the Company, the Account Manager represents the client. Must achieve sales and upsales targets as set by the Company. Must source referrals from existing relationships with clients on an ongoing basis. Must source potential new clients on a weekly basis. The Account Manager must identify clients which can be targeted to make upsales on a monthly basis. It is expected of the Account Manager to secure testimonials, as well as Facebook and Google+ reviews from clients on an ongoing basis. Must proactively connect and communicate with clients. The goals of the meetings are to discuss what has been achieved on the client’s campaign and what future strategies could be implemented to achieve improved results. During meetings with clients, opportunities for upsales need to be actively sought. Matric. Relevant Degree or Diploma. Digital Media Experience is a Must Own Vehicle.
