Experience in recruitment, head hunting, talent management or HR, preferably in the Medical arena, bit locally and abroad. Specialised recruitment consultants that manage the full recruitment life cycle of client marketing, candidate sourcing & evaluation plus placement process management and client account management. Professional, dynamic, driven, ambitious, presentable and down to earth self-starter. Min 3-5 years Experience Ability to liaise and build relationships with clients Assertive and persuasive Excellent administration skills Track record of achievement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work to tight deadlines. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook required. Sales Activities New business generation - Make canvass calls and carry out mail shot activities. Meet sales/gross profit targets in line with dashboard. Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls. Client visits – new and service – identify and follow up business leads.
