Key responsibilities Provide information regarding products or services of the company. Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments Provide information to callers over the telephone, answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person. Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis Posting of job adverts and organizing resumes and job applications. Scheduling of job interviews and assisting in the interview process. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed Preparation of new employee files Requirements Matric . HR related qualification. Must have an Office Administration qualification 1-2 year’s similar administrative or receptionist role Must be Presentable, friendly, energetic, organized, responsible and proactive Computer literate (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Office applications) Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and to grow with the company Proven work experience as an HR Assistant coupled with Reception experience. Experience with HR software, like Sage VIP. Thorough knowledge of labor laws Thorough knowledge of labor laws Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills. The successful candidate will be required to be a full-time reliever for our current Receptionist.
