Maintain all office expenses • Controlling Petty Cash, including office maintenance expenses. • Domestic Staff remuneration. • Capturing of site disbursements and all other expenses. • Control Stationery. • Maintain Domestic Schedules. • Labelling and filing of office administration system • Booking flights, car rentals and accommodation for staff. • Managing staff meal orders, payments and collection . • Arranging refreshments for meetings • Assist Marketing Manager with tender documents • Send parcels locally and internationally • AIl other administration duties. Required Skills. How many years of Auto CAP experience do you have How many years of experience do you have on MS Office etc. Candidate Requirements • Must have experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sage Pastel and the rest of the Microsoft suite. • Must have Auto CAD experience.
