Duties & Responsibilities Purpose of the Job: (EE) PTA. Leading all HR processes, practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises integrity, quality, productivity and target attainment that support the achievement of the groups business strategy. Required Minimum Education and Experience: Matic/Grade 12. Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology. Post graduate qualification in Labour Relations would be advantageous. Computer Literate. Extensive knowledge of the MIBCO Main Agreement, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Skills development Levies Act and Codes of Good Practice. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role dealing with multiple dealerships. Valid Driver’s licence. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate and assist in all aspects of the recruitment and selection process. Manage the process of new and temporary employees, transfers and promotions Conduct interviews together with relevant Department Manager. Ensure that recruitment supports the group Employment Equity Targets and Plan Compile job profiles. Compile competency-based interview guides in-line with job profiles. Able to exercise discretion, indep+endent decision-making and a pro-active attitude. Ability to prioritise own work load and work to tight deadlines.
