Invoicing Clerk

Duties/ Responsibilities: Print and capture orders into the system and generate ‘pick instructions’ for different clients. Invoice all ‘pick instructions’ once orders have been picked and confirmed. Create all purchase orders for raw material bought form the market and farmers. Generate delivery notes for all raw material rejected on intake and need to be sent to the market generate invoices for all waste being sent back to the market. Communicate with clients if there are any issues regarding orders and/or stock. Assist with general office administration. Data capturing ensure housekeeping is done in relevant department. Requirements: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial. Minimum three years’ relevant experience. Strong administration skills. Computer literate, including Microsoft Office knowledge with intermediate Excel experience. Good communication skills.
