Our Client a Logistics Planning Software concern is looking for an IT Service Software Advisor to assist client’s customers with its Logistics Software customer IT Support. Full Training will be supplied. Salary Basic + medical aid, performance bonus and other perks. Min Requirements Matric Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or logistics or comparable vocational training. Experiences in customer IT support | IT service desk, preferably for software applications. Some initial experience in end-user training Profound IT skills or knowledge of the logistic sector Very good English language skills (spoken and written) Quick thinking and good powers of expression Efficiency. Willingness to travel. Job Requirements Exceptional customer requests and trainings will be waiting for you in your role as IT Service Advisor Customer support for business software to prospective and current logistics clients – nationwide. To supply Competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo® on the phone, by e-mail and via remote maintenance.
