Uc/ Av Team Leader

Key responsibilities • Support of Audio-Visual equipment • Providing remote/ telephonic support • Advanced fault-finding. • Must be able to work independently and alone on-site support. • Preparing equipment, cabling and consumables for installations according to the solution required • Preparing properly before attending to a site • Installation of Audio-Visual equipment. • Installation of cabling and determining cable runs • Termination of all Audio-Visual cabling according to best practice standards • Video Conferencing and Audio-Visual Equipment Configuration • Mounting of Audio-Visual equipment on any surface required • Neatening and labelling racks • Implementing solutions according to technical schematics • Adhering to safety standards and regulations. • Keeping an installation site neat and clean • Comprehensive knowledge of proper tool usage and tool management • Manage and take responsibility for Equipment (laptop etc.). • Managing a UC installation team daily and within the field or on site • Liaising with suppliers and senior staff to resolve issues • Must be available to work overtime when required • Must be available to travel for installations when required. • Completing training when required. • Important to complete site audit reports and job-reporting after project completion Must have valid driver's license.
