We are looking for professional and dynamic people who is able to assist clients with their personal financial planning. This role also requires people who are highly motivated to reach personal and company goals, and who do not want a job that is office bound. Candidate Profile: • SA Citizen • 25 years and older • Matric . • A financial industry qualification will be advantageous. • > 2 Years sales experience with a good track record . • Valid drivers license and own car • Own Laptop with access to Windows and MS Office (latest version) Role and Responsibilities: • Set weekly sales targets • Prospect for new clients daily. • Make daily appointments with clients. • Professionally advise clients about their financial vs. insurance needs • Conduct after sales services . • Report weekly sales activities to management • Analysing personal sales / production trends and provide management weekly feedback. Skills and Experience Requirements: • Must have excellent skills in the following areas: • Communication skills • Telephone handling skills • Presentation skills . • Listening and probing skills. • Effective in problem solving • Manage conflict in a professional manner • Computer literate • Attention to detail.
