Service Admin Officer

We are recruiting for a Service Admin Officer
Required Skills/Qualifications :

Senior Certificate
Diligent, service oriented
Positive attitude to work.
Ability to handle work load in a fast paced, sometimes presurised environment.
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Strong customer services and communication skills.
You must be extremely well organised with good time management.
Competent computer skills (including database, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook).
A confident, personable telephone manner
Strong eye for detail, a high degree of accuracy and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment.
An understanding of the need for client confidentiality is essential
Good numerical skills with accurate keyboard skills
The role will involve:
Carry out routine service administrative tasks, maintaining a variety of duties aimed at the delivery of effective administrative support
Maintain a professional and courteous service to customers and suppliers
Assist in ensuring that service related issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner including feedback to the relevant business areas
Assist the team in ensuring repairs are packed and dispatched with attention to detail in accordance to company quality procedures
Co-ordinate deliveries efficiently to the relevant departments.
Liaise with departments and suppliers where discrepancies have been raised.
Scan all job cards and related paperwork as required
Cover incoming phone calls for the service department where applicable
Ensure that all duties carried out are in line with the Standing Operating Procedures within the Department.
Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be reasonably requested within the scope of the role
