Bilingual Ca?l Centre Operator

We are recruiting for Bilingual Call Centre Operators
Required Skills/Qualifications;
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingual (Speaking and writing -English/Afrikaans and 1 other African languafe)
Problem solving skills necessary to keep customers and clients satisfied
Multitasking skills to continue speaking to a customer while searching for information
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Strong work ethic leading to efficient and complete service
One to two years call centre experience in a busy, customer service focused call centre
Excellent telephone manner, receptive to clients complaints and queries, professional at all times
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle high volume work, prioritise and work under pressure
Duties will involve :
Answer and handle inbound calls
Deal professionally and patients with queries and complaints
Assist customers in a timely manner to avoid long waiting times
Calm frustrated or upset customers by providing excellent and friendly service
Provide product information
