Our client is on the lookout for a Typist /Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities;

Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes
Providing administrative and typing support to the office including data handling, diary management, email enquiries and photocopying
Essential Criteria:
Senior Certification
3 to 5 years and above typing, minute taking and General Administration experience
Confidence in taking accurate minutes at meetings
Experience working within a team in an office environment
Fast and precise typing skills
Knowledge of office procedures including filing and other administrative duties.
Good PC skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
A calm and courteous professional manner
An understanding of the need for confidentiality
